For fleet managers looking to improve operations and network with peers, the upcoming Fleet & Mobility Live 2026 offers several compelling reasons to visit the NEC in Birmingham. The event, which runs for two days starting October 6, promises a mix of industry insight, product displays, and professional connections. Unique networking opportunities, expert fleet sessions, and access to a wide range of sector suppliers are among the primary reasons industry leaders should attend this year’s expo.

Expert Sessions and Key Suppliers

Attendees will have access to a packed schedule of informative seminars covering various fleet management topics. According to Chris Mullings, head of fleet at SNG, the event provides a variety of content tailored to different operational needs. “Having the variety of content available for the various sessions is great,” he noted, adding that wherever a fleet sits, there is likely to be a relevant session for them.

The show also serves as a major hub for industry suppliers. With dozens of manufacturers displaying the latest cars and vans, operators can compare models directly. Martin Lock, fleet manager at Southern Water, described the environment as “relaxed and friendly,” which he believes helps facilitate a more open exchange of ideas. He suggested that going with an open mind allows for a much broader view of what is available in the market.

The sheer scale of the event means visitors can connect with a wide range of sector suppliers. Matt Neale, group fleet manager at Platform Housing Group, highlighted the value of these interactions, stating that the show allows his team to engage directly with manufacturers and other fleet partners.

Who Should Attend

Fleet & Mobility Live is now in its 11th year and aims to attract around 2,000 senior decision-makers. The event is designed to cater to fleets of all sizes, from smaller operators to some of the UK’s largest organizations. It is Europe’s biggest two-day fleet expo.

While the event is free to attend, it provides significant value through peer groups and expert insight. This combination of learning opportunities and networking helps operators discover new ways to improve their business operations. Registration is currently open for the October dates.

For many professionals in the industry, this annual gathering represents the primary chance to see the full spectrum of the automotive market in one location. The focus remains on practical solutions and real-world applications rather than abstract concepts. By bringing together senior leaders and product providers, the event creates a focused environment for business growth.
